Our Properties:
We take great pride in our homes—we keep all of our properties structurally maintained and equipped with up-to-date appliances, and each property receives a thorough inspection, cleaning and freshening prior to a new tenant's move-in.
Lawn and yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant, though we can recommend a service upon request.
WaveWalker Investments, LLC. provides pest control, through Target Pest Control Service, at no additional cost. Certain homes even come with hurricane shutters.
And while we try and provide the safest environment possible, the unexpected is always a possibility, and we therefore strongly recommend renter's insurance—we cannot stress this enough. We recommend Bill Frehse State Farm Insurance—843.762.2005.
Know of a nice house for sale, or a potential tenant? If you supply us with a lead on a property we purchase, we will pay you a $250 finder's fee upon closing.
